Brand new studio located only 7-10 mins to downtown Nashville, BNA, and many of the city's top attractions including Broadway, Top Golf, & Country Music Hall of Fame! We cant wait to host your getaway to Music City! It's a newly converted office building into studio loft apartments. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably and includes a king size bed w/ a memory foam mattress and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked as well with a complimentary coffee bar. \*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit. All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm. If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day. Sorry, we do not host locals. The posting is an accurate depiction of the rental and property. It was quiet, safe and an easy drive to the Broadway area. Just to give a heads up to future bookers - it is very obvious that this property used to be used for commercial purposes. The entire front wall of the unit is windows with black blinds that faces the parking area. We didn't have a problem with this, but it is not exactly a homey feeling.
