But if the property has any negative issues it would be the cleanliness of the outdoor patio and the bedrooms should have dressers so visitors won't have to live out of suitcases. Nash is a great host and was very quick to respond with any questions. The house was very clean and accommodating for 4 adult men. Game room downstairs was a perfect place to hang out and catch up while playing ping pong and throwing darts. The back patio was also a great place to unwind and feel the breeze blow. Quiet neighborhood very close to the airport but also not far from the hip restaurants in the east side. A short Uber ride got us to and from downtown for a very fair price. Only a short Uber ride from Broadway, had a great outdoor patio area to enjoy the nice weather, and an entertainment area in the basement that kept the boys in our group content for hours.
