The property was easy to find and had lots of parking on a quiet street. Entry was easy and the house was exactly as expected. 4 bedrooms - all had an empty dresser to store clothes along with multiple lights and a ceiling fan. 3 bathrooms and all were nicely tiled and clean. Location was far enough to be quite but still very walkable. We walked to the Gulch and other parts of downtown in \~15 minutes multiple times. We went to Vanderbilt one of our days and it was a very easy 15 minute walk as well. This house was perfect for our stay. We had (3) couples and two individuals. There are four bedrooms - one of which has two sets of bunk beds, so this worked perfectly for the two individuals. The location was close to all the sights, but it's a very quiet neighborhood which is nice in the evening. The host was very responsive and helped us out in a pinch. Thank you! ##### Kelli B. The booking couldn't have started off any better... as the owner was able to accommodate an early check-in for us without hesitation. Which we really appreciated since we got in so early! The listing itself was exactly as described. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our 8 guests. And it was spotless! The location itself was perfect for us specifically since it was 10-15 from everything (Midtown, Broadway, etc). The only drawback is that the listing is a 10 minute walk from any grocery/corner store. Which isn't a huge hassle but just required a little more planning for shopping than if we could just walk down the block to pick up small things here and there. But overall... it was perfect! It was a short drive to downtown or even walk. You can walk to a coffee shop nearby as well. Beds were comfortable, everything was updated, quiet neighborhood.
