Rich with musical history and interesting stories - there is really no other property like this in Nashville. Address: 11 Music Square EAST, Nashville, TN Our condo is only 1 of 6 large units in the building, so you know some big stars stayed here. If only these wall could talk . . . Newly renovated 2 bedroom condo. Furnished with a fusion of Mid-Century Modern - Glam style and today's technology. Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, Chet Atkins, Lester Flatt, Waylon Jennings, Roy Orbison, Charley Pride, Porter Wagner and other legends recorded at RCA Studio B. Elvis, with the help of his entourage, would slip out the back elevator and down the ally to avoid the mobs of fans outside hoping to catch a glimpse of the King. Condo is only steps away from roundabout at Division and Demonbreun Streets. Short walk down Division Street to The Gulch. Only 6 blocks to Vanderbilt University / Med Center. Less than a mile to Bridgestone Area. You can walk everywhere or jump in one of the golf carts that swarm the cool spots in Nashville. Great restaurants, live music and bars start only one block away! You might even hear some live music inside our building as local musicians work on some new material. Nicely finished unit with an easy walk or ride to downtown. The owner was superb with responsiveness and accomdations & an additional day for our stay. Stocked coffee was thoughtful. We were worried about having one bathroom for two couples but the toilet and shower have individual doors so that helped a lot. We were able to walk to the bars and restaurants nearby but did Uber to downtown due mostly to the cold weather and did not use the pool. We would rent here again! ##### Kristin S. This property was the perfect location. Within walking distance to Broadway and all of the bars as well as a quick walk to Midtown with a more chill vibe. Within walking distance to so many fun places. Plenty of parking which is hard to find in Nashville. Super clean, beds were comfy, and the owners were very easy to communicate with.
