It features porches, rooftop deck with lounge furniture, balconies and four full baths. Enjoy uninterrupted sunset views, a peak of the the downtown skyline and proximity to great Germantown restaurants and the Farmers Market. The space \* 1st floor: Kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, bath, bedroom, drop zone, access to back yard, TV \* 2nd floor: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, TV in Primary \* 3rd floor: Bonus room has a lockable door, bath, wet bar, TV, access to rooftop deck with ample seating for hanging out or eating. Trundle bed(2 twins) that functions as a couch and another couch that folds down to Futon(Full size) \* Private backyard and porch Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, rooftop and parking in the front. The house is fully furnished with towels, linens and basic toiletries. High speed Wi-Fi throughout. Guests have a washer and dryer, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker.
