Walking distance to both the gulch and downtown! There is a homeless shelter a block away, but we just utilized Ubers if arriving back in the evening to avoid any safety issues. The homeless folks in the area did not cause any issues during the day while we walked past.The condo was so cute, and so perfect for our first stay in Nashville. Ton of room for our four adults. Would definitely stay here again on any future stay. Really liked that it was not downtown, but just on the outskirts. Train tracks with trains all day and night, but both rooms had a perfect sound machine. Beds were comfortable, and we slept well regardless of the trains. Wrap around porch as well as another outside of one of the two bedrooms. We never used the pool, but did go take a look at that area. Great option, and cute pool/seating areas. ##### Heather A.
