It's just a short Uber ride into town and whilst the immediate area is being developed it felt safe and homely. There is a nearby Publix food store and a wine merchant for a wider choice of vino. There is also a great balcony for sitting out. Communication was easy with the host. The only improvement I would suggest would be to have a few decent wine glasses but that's a very small point. Poor area The house was great! Very clean, lots of beds and good experience! The surrounding area is a poor area and you don’t want to be outside alone. June 2023 This was the 1st time we have ever booked a vacation rental and could not have been more pleased with the outcome! Very cute, modern house that was very spacious with an open concept! It was wonderful having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for everyone to get ready. Quick Uber ride to Broadway and other popular locations. Julian was an amazing host who provided us with an exceptional experience! He was quick to reply to any questions we had, He gave wonderful suggestions and was very accommodating making our son's birthday bash a memorable celebration! The four bedrooms were nice since we had a family with two kids and we all had our own bathrooms. Close to town Uber ride to town is $8-$12\. Nice to have a garage.
