What a fantastic spot! Kurt was a great host, tons of information made arrival and checkout smooth. My wife and I loved the rental, brunch at Pinewood Social couldn't be easier, and if you want to get in your steps enjoying Nashville, easily walkable to nearly all the Broadway fun. This would be a great spot for any of the sporting and music events in town as well. Plan to rent again next time back

Perfect Property for our Girls trip

We booked this for a girls trip and we were not disappointed! Easy, very detailed check in/checkout information. The location was perfect for our group. Just a quick walk or uber to Broadway. Downtown convenience

Great stay in a great location! Apartment was perfect for what we needed. Bed was super comfortable which is very important for my bad back. The complex had a huge patio with grills and lots of seating and even a few games which we took advantage of. I wish there had been a few more spices and cooking staples available but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay in Nashville

This was our third time renting a condo in this building. We always get on overlooking the river. We have never been let down, staying here. It's quiet, clean and an easy walk to Boardway. With a quick uber back. Getting in is easy and it's nice to have a secured area for the car. Each condo provides you everything you need. I highly recommend any of the condo's in the building.
