Clean, Accurate listing

The inside of the house was very clean. We came during storms, so I can’t speak for the yard. The beds are all very comfortable. While the house has all the amenities the listing states, things like the bedroom TV, the remote for the automatic gate, and the grill didn’t work well. Mildly inconvenient, but not deal breakers for me. Cushions on the outdoor furniture were not in good condition, even if they had been dry. The hot tub cover is waterlogged and very hard to maneuver. You’re expected to take out the trash and run the dishwasher when you leave, but there were not any dishwasher tabs or trash bags available to do so. There, were, however, many towels and enough extra rolls of toilet paper. More seating would have been nice. The neighborhood is a relatively short drive to most attractions, but you will be smartly instructed not to plan on walking in the neighborhood. Communicating with management was easy, but they aren’t local, so, while they are helpful and quick to respond, it seems there is little they can do. Overall, this house is aptly named as it is well suited for bachelors. I would recommend it to a group of guys or couples coming to Nashville for a long weekend.
