Our party consisted of five adults and four kids ranging from age seven to sixteen and the house was just the right size. The description and photos were accurate and I was very pleased with the quick responses from Drew to any of my questions. I found him to be conscientious, considerate, and professional. His home was within 10-15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go in Nashville; lots of restaurant and shopping options are very close by. His home was clean, well appointed, had cool artwork throughout, and smelled good. The beds were comfortable and the showers were relaxing with good water pressure. I enjoyed cooking on the gas stove and I appreciated having water and ice on the door of the fridge. Everything in the kitchen was convenient and within reach. Parking was plentiful on the street or on the left-hand of the shared driveway. Our family was very pleased with everything Drew provided us in his home.
