Super Hosts invite you to reserve your stay at this beautiful ranch-style lakefront home that is located just minutes from downtown Nashville. A perfect vacation for your family, multiple families, reunions, celebrations, or just relaxing and enjoying the best of both worlds. Enjoy the pool (open May-Sept), lake, shopping, great local dining, and then kick up your heels on Broadway.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, dining alfresco, or formal dining inside. The beautiful lush property is right on the lake with a private dock. There is something for everyone!

**Due to weather the pool is NOT in use and is covered during the fall and winter months. October - April. During the summer months. The pool IS in use and to be enjoyed from Memorial Day to Labor Day depending on the weather.

**The home has three video cameras. One on the back porch, one at the front door, and one at the garage entrance. These are for security purposes.

For guests over 4, there is a taxable $20 for each additional guest, per night. There is something for everyone!

Lovely stay at the Property!

We traveled from Colorado to Tennessee for my mother’s 70th birthday. The house was great for our 9 family members. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. The beds were comfortable and we slept well each night. We never ran out of hot water and that’s quite a feat for 9 people! Owners were very responsive and kind! Highly recommend!

Girls Weekend

It was a pleasant stay. The accommodations were nice, Good open concept for connection with others with plenty of comfortable sitting space. Bedrooms were roomy. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the light in the dining room as it was really dim at night.

Friends & Fun in Nashville

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful lake area home. The four bedroom home was perfect for us all to have our own space but hang out together in the common areas. Everything we needed was available to us and the communication with the owner was super easy. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Awesome place to stay!

The house was perfect for our family. Great location about 20 mins from downtown Nashville. We also enjoyed hanging out at the house in the pool, playing corn hole, or playing games in the evening. The house was set up perfectly!

Beautiful lakeside Fall weekend

This property is exactly as listed. It's clean, spacious and in a great, safe location. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, the beds are comfortable and you can't beat the view! We will definitely be back.

Family vacation

We are a family from Michigan and Indiana and always do a yearly vacay to different locations. This home was a perfect place for us. Close to Nashville and a nice place to just relax. There is enough room to spread out and the pool is great! Was really hot this week, so we didn’t do any activities in the yard, but there is plenty of space for kids to play.

Cousins Trip to Nashville

The house was awesome. Lots of little extras made the stay even better! 4 bedrooms / 3.5 baths were great for our group of 7. We had plenty of space in the dining room and kitchen area to fix a few meals and sit down together to eat. The pool was great to relax by on a couple of days and the gas grill was great for barbequing. We were close to Nashville and also to family living in White House. We will definitely stay here if we travel to the Nashville area again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

1st time to Nashville

Very beautiful, quiet, safe area. The house fit our needs perfectly. Very clean and spacious. Check in email instructions mentioned a binder would be on the table but didn’t find one. Took us a bit to figure out the dishwasher. One of the beds was not very comfortable and made noise with every move. Overall was a very fun time and would highly recommend. This place. A hot tub would have been perfect for this time of year too.

girls weekend!

We had a lovely time! The house is spacious! For our bedroom, sweet bathrooms! Plenty of room for everyone. The living area is lovely for connecting and hanging out. It was still early spring so we did not get to experience the pool and backyard. Kitchen was nice. We did not cook. Kitchen seemed to have all the basics. Home is definitely a bit farther away from Nashville than we anticipated but that’s on us! Accommodations were lovely. I believe since It was spring you could use a spray for spiders As there were a few creepy crawlys around the house. But overall, a lovely and comfortable home! Safe neighborhood! Absolutely no problem getting Uber to take you into Nashville! Would stay here again! Thumbs up and recommend!

Not a Typical Vacation Home

Once booked, I received a list of rules. This is standard for home rentals. However, a couple rules seem extreme for a vacation rental, such as “take off shoes before entering home” and “no eating anywhere but in the dining areas.” Watching a movie with my kids without popcorn was OK, just not as fun when on vacation. I wish I was aware of all these rules before booking. The ice maker doesn’t work, so bring your own ice. The property is located on the end of a cove, so the lake water was only about 8-10 inches deep and full of branches and debris, so fishing off the dock isn’t possible. Other than these few items, the home was clean and quiet.

Softball Music City World Series in Hendersonville

I had 2 granddaughters playing softball for the Oklahoma Angels in the Music City World Series. Since tournament was being played in Hendersonville we wanted a house nearby. We chose this house because it was lakefront, had a pool and was close to softball fields. We had 10 family members there. Our ages were from 6 years old to 70 years old. There was something for everyone to do. We stayed 6 nights, we swam every day. The pool was amazing. The outside bathroom was even air conditioned! We saw so many turkey and deer that it was not possible to count all of them. We cooked outside on the gas grill which was next to the pool. Lots of hot dogs and hamburgers!! My grandkids even used the kayaks that were available. My grandson who is 6 years old caught 2 nice largemouth bass on their private dock. The property was everything that is was said to be. The kitchen was properly stocked with everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property! PS....Oklahoma Angels 10U won the Music City World Series!!!

Girls Weekend With Friends

My friends and I came for a girls weekend.The house is in a great location, only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. It's a quiet neighborhood. You might get lucky to see some deer and wild turkeys like we did too. That was pretty cool. There are plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. I appreciate that they keep towels and other common everyday items you might need handy. The owners are great at responding to questions when things arise. One thing we did wish was that the check in instructions/information that gets emailed to you before your trip talked about the security alarm on the back door going out to the deck/pool area. There was no mention of one before we arrived and when we tried to go outdoors the alarm went off and we weren't sure how to disable it. The white binder with more rules/instructions wasn't present in the house either because it was being updated which I can understand, but you should inform your guests that it won't be there or at least leave a copy of the rules/instructions while it's being updated. When we arrived the outdoor garbage cans were overflowing with garbage from the previous guests. There were also dead bugs along the windowsills in the kitchen. The pool was nice, but there is no pool cover so there was a bit of debris at the bottom of the pool that we could not get out ourselves with the pool skimmer. Overall, our stay was good, just wish there was some more attention to details

Fantastic place just outside Nashville

This place was my first vrbo. It was great for my family and kids. It had all the amentities needed, 4 separate bedrooms, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor living spaces. The private pool was great for the kids to play in. The host responded quickly to questions and was great with the checkin process. Overall highly recommend.

Nice area and home. Some minor issues - 2 skillets were filthy. The front bedroom and the back bedroom beds are very noisy with creaking and crackling noises...think they need new boxsprings??The dock could be cleaned its covered in moss.Pool was great...plenty of hot water!We had a great time :)
