The outdoor living space is outstanding. The views from the porch are beautiful. The 2 foot cove is a gem! A great place for the kids to play football and games in water standing up. The house was clean, stocked up with everything you could need. The decided to rent the pontoon for one day and were really glad we did - Mark was very easy to work with and was very responsive whenever we needed something. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a nice place on the water to relax. The home is well equipped with essentials plus kayaks, lake toys, coolers, fishing gear, and more. We rented his beautiful spacious pontoon boat to enjoy some time on the water. The place is perfect for such a gathering.Between the back deck, the courtyard and the tiki hut area, so many picture perfect places to reconnect. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the neighborhood was nice and house easy to find, plus close to shopping. Downtown Nashville was around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Highly recommend. We rented the house for our daughter’s graduation from Vanderbilt, and it was the perfect home base as family flew in from all over to celebrate. The views of the lake were breathtaking, and the home itself was beautifully designed with plenty of seating and cozy niches to relax and enjoy.The host was fantastic—welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. One of the highlights was having a private chef prepare a celebration dinner for us in the comfort of the house, which was an unforgettable experience—so much better than a restaurant!
