Located in the very-desirable Gulch-view area, our condo was finished in December 2019\. The building is ultra-modern, secure, has pool and fitness center,grilling area and free parking in-a code-accessed gated garage below. Building entry is code-accessed,also. Excellent alternative to pricy nearby hotels.Five-minute walk to eateries, bars and the Gulch. Less than a mile to Broadway. Uber/Lyft rides to downtown about $6-8.We are very experienced in short-term rental business and are Superhosts. This is a brand NEW condo and that is why we don't currently have reviews. The short term rental permit number is: 2019076678. We had a fantastic stay at the Apartment, so easy to walk into the Gulch and onto Broadway. We also went by car up to 12 South & Hattie B’s in Melrose (which definitely had a shorter line than the one downtown) Would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville to book here! ##### Matthew N.
