3 mothers, 3 daughters, and one grandmother rented this cute house to stay in while our daughters competed at an equestrian show. We had a great time and will definitely try to rent it again next year. Great location, great yard with hot tub for the girls to unwind, and very clean.

This home is beautiful! Much larger than I anticipated. The kitchen was perfect for our gathering. They decorated so nicely for Christmas. The rooms were gorgeous, beds very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice added bonus. We loved our stay and hope to rent this home again in the future

Just arrived home from a fabulous mini-vacation at this sweet cottage in downtown Murfreesboro. Loved the gated parking area and fenced yard, the hot tub was perfect on this chilly vacation. We enjoyed all the rooms, and the beds were spot on, with firm mattresses! Convenient location to shopping, and such, although we fixed most of our meals during our stay, instead of eating out. There are plenty of TV's in the home, so you can watch everywhere. It was the perfect getaway. Thank you!

Had a great weekend while there for The Indy Race at The Nashville Super Speedway. Close enough to the track, but a refreshing slice of hometown rather than downtown Nashville. Cute little shops and restaurants.

We came into town for a birthday weekend and had a great stay. The house was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Cute and historic

Overall the property and hosts were amazing. They live on the grounds and although they were working in the yard, they never invaded your personal space while staying there. I have to say that the street noise was a tad much but to be expected with the proximity to downtown. Historic touches throughout the home along with the grounds made for a beautiful backdrop for our trip.

Fantastic Stay!

Very clean and well decorated rental. This rental was actually better than the internet description. Very comfortable place to use for down time while visiting all the sights on Tennessee. Denise and Spencer are amazing people and very accommodating. Location is great and a short walk to historic downtown. We plan on staying here again and I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in Murfreesboro.

This property did not disappoint at all. It is exactly as it shows in the pictures and then some! Absolutely beautiful! The location is great! This cottage stay was beyond excellent. I love finding places with history and stories when I travel, and this home definitely fits the bill. The host, Denise, was lovely and attentive throughout our entire trip, also. I can't say enough about how well cared for and comfortable we felt. There are rules for this home, please be prepared to respect that when you come here. I don't say that to be critical at all, just expect it and be courteous of this home's history. This is a historic building, and I appreciate the attention to detail and the high standards for anyone who stays here. It's clear a lot of effort has been put into maintaining this home and the property itself. We also appreciated the security of the area, the amenities, and the convenient location to everything we wanted and needed while in Murphreesboro. We also loved the aesthetic flair of the place, too. We plan to try to stay here whenever we come back to visit!

Nestled a few steps off historic Main Street, this charming home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The single-story residence features a welcoming front porch, well-manicured lawn, and secured parking in a spacious driveway. Inside you’ll find this home squeaky clean, quite spacious with a generous rooms where natural light floods through large windows creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, stone countertops, well stocked amenities, and a large island seating six. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home provides plenty of room. Outside comfortable seating, a fire pit and hot tub. Located just minutes from shopping, dining, and 40 minutes to Nashville. We couldn’t have been happier staying here.

Beyond Expectations

This place will wow you! They have restored the house with great attention to detail. It is amazing! The rooms and beds were so comfortable and roomy. The space is divided up so that you can reduce noise flow if people want to sleep when others do not. The kitchen is well stocked. The host was very communicative. Make sure you give the hot tub a little time to warm up before you use it but it is great. You can see lightning bugs flying around in the evening and it is a short walk into the heart of town. Just lovely!
