This is a magnificent facility but everything is expensive! Crazy expensive! There 2 days and 1 night and spent over $1200 for room, water park, and 3 meals for 2 adults and 2 children. Nothing is complimentary! Even pay $37 to self park.

The ambiance was beautiful. There were so many places to go inside the hotel. My kids (ages 12 & 14) loved that they could explore the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy. Easy parking. Lots of restaurants in hotel. People very nice. I didn’t like that the boat ride and Soundwaves admission was not included in guests package. In addition, at the soundwaves, there was not enough tubes for lazy river or water slides. Family definitely would go back.

We ate at Cascades the first night we arrived, and it was the absolute worst food ever for a $200 meal. It pretty much scared us away from eating at the other restaurants in the hotel.

The property is grand and has an amazing scenery. The staff is excellent and the property is extremely clean. I would have given 5 stars but it was hard to be fed at times. Only 2 restaurants take reservations and most were either closed completely or full during our stay. If you boast all of these restaurants then they need to be available. Room service was always a 2 to 3hour wait. If they get this fixed its a 5 star plus experience!!

We had to park so fr away from the entry, the overflow parking was terrible, it was behind trees. I have stayed in Days Inns, Super 8, La Quinta that was just as nice for a third of the money. The room was nice and clean, but so are others for much less. Maybe i expected to much for over $525.00 a night who knows.

There is so much hospitality at Gaylord that it just makes you feel at home. From the staff to even others visiting as well, everything was beyond pur expectations for our visit! Will most definitely be back!

I was here for a week with a conference and everything about the Gaylord Opryland was amazing! The staff is wonderful and very helpful when needed. So many different options for food and drinks. You really don't need to leave the resort area because there is so much to do, however it is very convenient to travel into the city for sightseeing and enjoying all that Nashville has to offer.

This was my worst family vacation stay at what was supposed to be a luxury resort. They put us on a floor where there was obvious water damage with restoration equipment and fans blowing. I wont be staying there again

It’s a very nice place. Restaurants inside are a little pricey. There’s a few bars that are walking distance from the property that are fun also

Our food and beverage team also work diligently to offer our guests diverse dining options for every appetite and wallet, including a quick grab-and-go Market Place to offer more of a variety for guests, especially focusing on those here for convention purposes. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to the NWTF show and all events. I especially liked that we didn’t have to go outside to do anything. The valet parking, bell hop and the check in staff were amazing. This is the best hotel I have been to.
