This place was great outside of the check in process. We enjoyed playing the arcade game the jacuzzi and the rooftop (we roasted marshmellows). The stay minty location was awesome! It was large enough for 12 of us in a bachelorette party. It's in a great location and you can get fabulous pictures on the rooftop! It was clean, safe area, and close to downtown! It would have been awesome to have more towels and hangers. The beds are comfortable as well! This was an amazing property, and a great location, with all the amenities guests could ask for during their stay. Shopping and restaurants were just a few blocks away in a safe neighborhood. Easy walking distance to Broadway and other locations. Kitchen has fully stocked. Living room and rooftop space was nice for a group of 10\. The floors looked clean, but were dirty. We requested garbage bags and gave permission to enter, we never got the bags. We would recommend this property ##### Dawn S. The property was very spacious for our group, we loved the large kitchen/living room. The bedrooms were all a good size and the beds were comfortable. The location was great (15 min walk to broadway). The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but the towels and linens were dirty in some rooms (my white bathmat had lots of black stains and one comforter had stains on it). The floors were very dirty (our feet were black from walking barefoot) and the rug in the living room, although nice, was covered in stains. I would recommend this property for a large group, but would suggest bringing sandals to wear around the house. ##### Kerry C.
