As a frequent visitor to Nashville, this place suits my needs perfectly - a comfortable bed, a nice living-room area, and a small, convenient kitchen. The location is within easy access to the downtown and is a short walk to Zanies Comedy Club and Hattie B's Hot Chicken (which is a must if you're visiting Nashville). I have not used the swimming pool yet, but I probably will on a return visit.

This unit was advertised accurately and it’s in a great location if you want to explore Nashville. There were 3 adults and the size was fine with the double bed and 2 pull out couches. Clean and nicely furnished. Owners were great with communications!

Location and convenience to Melrose/Berry Hill area. Costs less than a hotel . Only complaint- no heat in the bedroom!
