After a day of sightseeing, relax on the large sectional sofa in the welcoming living room, where a beautiful decorative fireplace with a reclaimed wood surround adds a touch of cozy charm. Our comfortable condo is designed to host your group with ease. The modern, all-white kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare meals, and the private back porch offers a peaceful, wooded view for your morning coffee. This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The bed setup is as follows: \* Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed with an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a walk-in closet. \* Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed, a bunk bed (Twin over Full), and an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in closet. Need more space? We own two other units in the same subdivision. Please inquire about booking multiple condos for groups of up to 24! Access: Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire condo during their stay. Make yourself at home in all rooms, common areas, and relax on the private back porch. Interaction: We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the booking platform messenger. Other Details: \* Noise Potential: The condo is located near railroad tracks and the airport, so you may experience some related noise during your stay. \* Shared Walls: This is a condo complex, and our unit shares one wall with an adjoining condo. You may occasionally hear creaks from the floor or water running through pipes. \* Decorative Fireplace: The fireplace is for ambiance only. Please do not burn anything in it. \* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) to begin your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional items needed. \* Liability: All listed amenities are to be used at the guest’s own risk. The homeowner is not liable for any risk, danger, injury, or damages. Additional Rules: \* NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises, including the back and front patios. \* Bunk Bed Safety: For your safety, please adhere to the weight limits: 250 lbs. on the lower bunk and 200 lbs. on the top bunk. \* Climate Control: The A/C is set to not go below 68°F in the summer, and the heat is set to not go above 72°F in the winter. \* Check-Out: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs due to our cleaning schedule. \* Parking: Please only park in the 2 reserved spots (same number as the condo unit) and the visitor spots. The location is great for commuting to downtown Nashville. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo was clean and ready for us. We were able to contact owners at any time. They answered all questions in a timely manner. Wifi is good. We were only there during the hours of 7:00pm-8:00am during our stay. It is quiet at night. We appreciate the attention to details. (i.e. shampoo, bar soap, and pump soap at lavatories; along with having plenty of nice towels, linens for beds and blow dryer.) Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. The property was an end unit, which provided some privacy from the surrounding units. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking available. Property had a Jack and Jill Bathroom setup with huge closet space in each. Great for a group of 7 girls getting ready, however there was not a full length mirror. The property was nicely decorated and comfortable. No television as stated, but we brought our own. Bring an extension cord if that's your plan. About 10 minutes from downtown. Around a $23 Uber ride at night. Lost 1 star due to the kitchen issues. The dishwasher did not work, however we were informed of this. The freezer was not hooked up to water, so no ice.
