The property was nice and location was PERFECT. It is walking distance to Broadway (or scooters nearby if needed). Also we REALLY appreciated the covered parking as it was storming on our arrival date. A few small things to note. It is basically an apartment… if you have upstairs neighbors you will hear them (and we did A LOT). There were a few minor maintenance things they should resolve (light bulbs out, shower does get the floor wet, shower head needs a new “clip”). But honestly nothing major - a handyman can get it all resolved in a few minutes (literally). I’d definitely recommend the property to friends and family. ##### Craig T.
