Welcome to Lockeland Gardens. This is a spacious, design focused ground level apartment attached to our 1930s bungalow in East Nashville. You have a private entrance and contactless entry into the newly renovated one bedroom apartment that can sleep up to four. Lots of street parking. The space is a short walk to East Nashville local favorites or a 10-minute Uber/Lyft downtown.

We live right upstairs with our pup and son and are around to answer any questions or give tips on Nashville!
The space
You'll access your private entrance to Lockeland Gardens through our side gate. You'll see an outdoor seating area with twinkling lights to relax in the evening and the entrance to your ground level suite.

Once you head inside, the space opens up to a dining area, a vintage record player, and a full kitchen that brings in lots of natural light. You've got lots of seating options between the live edge white oak breakfast bar that seats four and a dining table that mixes vintage with new textiles and furniture. The kitchen features an oven/range, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, and a french press with coffee from local favorite - Barista Parlor (also just a 5 minute walk away for a yummy rosemary honey latte). We have toddler/infant kitchen items available and can provide a high chair if needed.

The spacious living room is off to the left where you'll find a comfy area for relaxing after a day of touring Nashville. The West Elm sofa features a fold out queen size bed and sleeps up to two people. While you kick back and unwind feel free to play the board games found in the open shelving. The bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed, TV, reading lights, and luggage rack. Next to the main bedroom you'll find an office area with desk, chair, and monitor ready to hook up to your mac or pc in case you need to check an email. The bathroom features local amenities that will surely draw you to some of Nashville's cult favorites like Ranger Station and the Good Fill. You'll fall in love with the fragrances and want to visit their stores and take your favorite scents back home with you.

Please note our family lives upstairs, but you'll have the 1000 sq ft ground level apartment to yourselves! Though we are quiet, you will hear ours and our pup's Baggio's footsteps at times.

We provide a pack & play and toddler eating essentials for those traveling with small children and can even books/toys for 0-2 upon request. We can also provide babysitter recommendations if needed.

This airbnb is not intended for parties, glitter, or bachelor/bachelorette activities. We've put a lot of love into the design and space, and since we live upstairs that will not be tolerated.

Guest access
Lockeland Gardens is accessed via our side gate from the street on the side of our house. Guests will have access to the entire ground level through their own private entryway. The guest suite and owners quarters are securely divided and remain locked. Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio exclusively during your stay.

Our young family lives in the house upstairs and we are usually available to help as needed. We are happy to say hello in person and give you an Aussie Shepherd greeting from our pup Baggio, but also give guests their space and privacy if preferred.
