The Space:
This 2,000 sq ft home in East Nashville is the perfect home base for your next trip to Music City. Boasting 4 levels (yes, stairs are required!), 4 bedrooms with 4 full baths, and a massive rooftop patio to enjoy views of the city. Broadway is just 4.2 miles away, or a 10 minute drive. Uber and Lyft are readily accessible to take you to all the Honky Tonks!
We are located next to active train tracks, and the train passes by a few times during the day and night.

• Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags and place them in the trash can outside by garage.
• Pets: We welcome your pups but require a $200 pet fee. We just ask that you keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60\. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.
