Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife and just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue just two blocks further to enjoy the nightlife on Broadway. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot. When you are spending time in the loft, we have made every effort to make sure you feel at home. Our 760 sq ft studio loft features 15ft. ceilings and huge windows looking out onto Nashville and the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft offers a king-size bed, as well as a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress that provides a second sleeping spot if it is needed. We offer a SmartTV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), high-speed wifi, and a washing machine and dryer in your unit! Guest Access You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay as well as the shared patio space near the entrance on the third floor. Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. \*No in-and-out privileges means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. MTA BUSES The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. NASHVILLE B-CYCLE Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! This was a Mother/Daughter trip for her 23rd birthday. Many restaurants, bars, and shopping walking distance from property. There is a health foods store right across the street to get food, drinks, and toiletries.Also walking distance from Broadway. The customer service from the property manager was excellent. We were close to restaurants and shopping and were within walking distance of the Bridgestone Arena, where we went to a concert. The unit was very nice. Highly recommend! ##### Ted A. Perfect for 2 but could manage with 4\. Kitchen well appointed and the record player was a fun touch. The bed & sofa were comfortable and we would definitely stay again! ##### Diana C. High ceilings, clean, very roomy, cool ambiance + decor, nice location with very nice stores and shops. Uber into Broadway 10$...cold concrete floors but nice area rugs...If you feel like your in a back alley your in the right place!.... actually it works out nice with offloading..gated private parking the same $$ as public parking security very good ##### Scott L. The place was clean and cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Communication with the property manager was amazing! The AC was not working properly when we arrived, but a technician was sent out immediately and corrected the issue! We had an early morning arrival to Nashville and requested to be notified if the property became ready for early check-in. We were notified promptly! Many restaurants nearby, and easy to Uber to Broadway and other local places. We needed storage for our luggage on arrival and departure dates and had a great locker so no need to drag our suitcases around either day. ##### Carol M. And the classic urban loft is just right. Lots of little places to dine , drink, or shop. The place was set up very nice and comfortable with all the necessities. High ceiling open floor plan with separate bathroom- into closet area. Great rental experience from beginning to check out. Snatch this place if you can! ##### Michael H. Apartment very industrial in style. If you like cold concrete floors and noisy AC this is what we found. Many blinds that were inoperable, many codes for entry, key retrivial and parking.
