The rooms are nice and clean. They offer a nice variety of hot and cold food for breakfast. You also get tickets for 2 drinks and snacks per person per night which is a nice perk. We accidentally left a couple of things in our room and they will send them to us. A shuttle to downtown is available but it cost $20 per person for an all day pass

The Clubs at Nashville was clean and affordable. It’s a little out of the way and hard to get to and from downtown but there is a shuttle available and Uber was always readily available too. Just make sure to plan it into your trip.

Nice clean and comfortable property. Our room was spacious which was nice as we stayed three nights. The breakfasts were excellent, lots of variety of hot items to choose from. They offer a happy hour daily from 5-7 where they provide each person with 2 free drinks and snacks. This is a busy hotel, but the staff manage it well.

The property is dated but clean. You can tell it was a nice hotel at one time. Happy hour was a plus. The breakfast was fantastic! There was only one ice machine working for the whole hotel.

The front counter staff was really good but the walls in the rooms are paper thin and anytime somebody shuts a door it slams. We had really yacky women neighbors that I could hear everything they said through the wall. The next night there were guys in the other room but they seem to not care that the door slamming would bother anybody else and it happened many times.

The breakfast was great! Try to get an room facing the pool. The interstate which is right behind the hotel, is noisy all night. The bed was a little firm for my taste. The staff was great!

I wish we could've stayed longer. The pool and lazy river looked fun, but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it. It listed a continental breakfast, but it was more than just continental. They had a lot of great breakfast choices.

Not as expected by the reviews I had seen. It was decent though. Some of the amenities we REALLY enjoyed were the cobwebs on the ceilings/lamps/mirrors/window….the odd stain on the comforter (that we didn’t sleep with)….and the woman vomiting outside our room at midnight. Pretty good breakfast though, especially for being hungover and getting to see the melting pot of odd people sharing a temporary living space with you.

I choss this hotel becausee it was the dead of winter and I was in dire need of a hot tub/sauna and this place provided! Service was fast and friendly. The only tthing was my bed was pretty hard but i still got the proper rest i needed prior to long distance travel the following morning.

The location was okay. The front desk staff were kind, and they provided me with good information. The breakfast. was sufficient to start my day. The free cocktails at night on a few days were a nice touch. The bedrooms were decent, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel bathroom was completely outdated. The bathroom needs to be updated to a more modern bathroom with doors, instead of a shower curtain that gets the floor all wet. I checked after my stay and saw that the bathroom pictures were not online, and now I know why.

Positives: The property as a whole is clean, well monitored and is easy to navigate and the suite was roomy. The personnel is attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and attended well by the staff. The cocktail hour tickets were a welcome surprise and the bartender was awesome. Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy! Negatives: We found the bed to be very hard, and the pull-out sofabed my daughter described as "sleeping on chicken wire covered in a band-aid". As well, there were no extra pillows, and we had to retreive the bedding for the sofa bed from the desk. I would stay there again in a pinch.

I really enjoyed the area. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming and the parking attendants were awesome; however, the AC in my room went out on my first night, they came and fixed it, but I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry for your inconvenience," or even a free breakfast. Kind of felt like they didn’t care that I was inconvenienced and got zero sleep because my room was so hot.

Meals were great, jacuzzi was good, air conditioner was so noisy you couldn't hear the TV. Blanket was so rough it felt like a rug. You could hear doors slamming and people talking.Wi -fi didn't work at all. Still, an ok stay but Drury has them beat.

The size of the room was great. The breakfast was terrible everything was bland even the sausage had no flavor.
