House was really cute, clean, and cozy. Kitchen was clean and beautiful, there's a washer and dryer that was very convenient. Big backyard. Host was very kind and communication was great and very quick responses.

Nice place, convenient location.

Great place to stay and convenient location to many of the places we wanted to go. House is as described. Great for our family to have separate sleeping areas, as well as a place to gather to play games and hang out.

Perfect Stay for Nash Trip

Great house for our girls trip to Nashville! Beds and bunk beds were comfortable and it was a nice touch having towels and wash cloths stacked on each bed for every guest. Quiet neighborhood and quick Uber ride to downtown if you don't want to deal with parking. Our host had great communication and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The decor in the home was very tastefully done. Everything we needed was there. We were 10-15 minutes from Broadway where a great time was had by all. Julian is a great host, very helpful.
