Parking was slightly cumbersome because you had to have someone go into the front door and walk around to the back gate to open it to be able to get in to park. The back gates only open from the inside. This would have been a good thing to know when we arrived after dark the day we got there and had to access the back gate from a not so safe looking alleyway. We had an issue with the electronic door lock the last night we were there and an alarm kept going off on the dead bolt that would not stop. When I first notified the company they were not going to send someone out until the next morning. Then I informed them that it was a constant high pitched beeping and we needed someone to fix it. It took them over an hour to come out and all that was done was replacing the batteries. The lock the proceeded to go off again around 1am waking us up and us having to figure out a way to stop it. Other than those things the house was fine for what we needed I just wish we would have been more aware of the surroundings of the neighborhood. ##### Jessica F. Host had good communication throughout our rental. Some of the surrounding area was a little questionable but we didn’t have any problems during the stay.
