Parking is located behind the property and is accessed off the alley. You can access the alley from Grand Avenue or Tremont Avenue, which are located to the north and south of the property, respectively.

Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Music Row, the heart of Nashville’s music industry! Explore iconic recording studios, discover live music venues, and indulge in delicious Southern cuisine at nearby restaurants. With everything just a short stroll away, you’ll be right in the action of Music City!  
  
Getting Around:  
Many of our guests use Lyft or Uber to travel the short distances needed to get to the main attractions of Nashville, to include the famous Broadway strip. As with any city, there are peak hours, when everyone is traveling, the fees vary but the normal fee within a couple of miles is normally about $6 or so.  
  
Our property is also on a street with a dedicated bike lane, which is great for those looking to hop on one of the many Bird and Lyft scooters easily available on Music Row.   
  
The WeGo Public Transit provides hourly service between downtown and the airport seven days a week. One-way fares between the airport and downtown available $2-6\. In town, WeGo provides bus services in and out of downtown and throughout the city. All day, unlimited-ride passes are also available. Music City Central, the downtown transit station, is located at 400 Charlotte Avenue.  
  
Other Things to Note:

No smoking inside the apartments (but feel free to enjoy the fresh air on the balcony!).  
Respect the neighbors—keep the music at a reasonable volume after 10 PM.

#### Quick Anniversary getaway

My husband and I stayed here Aug 23' for a quick weekend getaway and to celebrate our 5th wedding Anniversary. It was veey clean, loved that I could stream my peloton app workouts to the tv, and we could easily scooter or bike to Broadway and easy walk to music row. Heqded back to Nashville in March for his 40th, and will probably book here again :)

Cute place and very clean. Good location. However, terrible insulation! Someone loudly walking and talking in room above between 2am-4am every night! Street noise too. Could not get a good nights sleep.

#### Simple, easy stay

I wanted to stay somewhere that wasnt in one of the big hotels but was still close to everything downtown. This is the second time that my husband i stayed at a rental that was contactless. We love the ease and simplicity of just messaging when we arrive and leaving. The room was exactly what we nedded for a quick getaway.

Would have been perfect except small hiccup getting in, but mostly because the place smells weird. It seems they try and cover that smell with scented cleaning products but it doesn't work.

#### Great Stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at "Artist's Suite: Luxe Music Row Stay, Walk to Gulch!" The unit was clean and the same as shown in the pictures. We were able to catch Ubers right in front of the building and most of our trips were about 8.00, but always less than 20, even during the evening surge pricing period. The location was easy to get to/from all the places we wanted to visit. The unit is on the first floor which was great so we didn't have to drag our suitcases upstairs. The manager was easy to communicate with, very accommodating, and her directions were outstanding. The unit has a "wi-fi porter" which made logging into the wifi super easy with one tap. There were plenty of coffee pods for our length of stay, enough soap/shampoo too. The water pressure was perfect, and we appreciated the big bath towels and the comfortable king-sized bed. We did hear the people upstairs walking around in the unit above and there were some traffic sounds, but not too bad and there was a sound machine for white noise if needed.

The Vinyl at Music Row was the perfect destination for our getaway. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet vibrant. Within walking distance, we had access to local dines including cocktails, coffee/breakfast, dessert, etc. The courtyard and patio were our favorite places to start a slow morning and end our evening on a peaceful note. The apartment itself was dainty; from the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at home. Everything was selected perfectly to make the place comfortable and appealing from the textiles + decor to the linens, bed, and pillows. The cleanliness was spot-on! The check-in + check-out process was extremely seamless. We will be back visiting in the near future and would visit any of the property owner's rentals due to our repute experience! 10/10 recommend
