Just renovated historic Ambrose Loft in former printing company building built in 1905. 14’ ceilings, exposed brick & beams, Carrera marble shower & handshower, custom waterfall marble vanity with copper sink & Brizo fixtures. Loft overlooks 4th Avenue, includes cable & 70” TV in living room & 65” TV in the bedroom. Curated record collection with some of my favorites. Parlor guitar. No parking. My wife and I enjoyed the location as you can walk to so many places. Many restaurants and bars within short distances from your front door. If you are a light sleeper I would definitely take advantage of the ear plugs that are provided. ##### John G.
