The Space: ★The Layout★ This gorgeous brand new build is complete with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The first floor bedroom has a charming full over full bunk bed with a connected en suite bathroom. The second floor opens up into the main living space, kitchen, dining area and another bedroom complete with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The third floor has 2 additional bedrooms, one with 2 full beds and the other with 2 queen sized beds - both with en suite bathrooms! ★Parking★ Parking is available in the 2 car garage attached to home. ★Neighborhood★ This gorgeous build is located less than 10 minutes from bustling 5 Points in East Nashville, where you will find incredible restaurants, great shopping, awesome pubs and delicious coffee. Additionally, it's also a similar distance to Downtown Nashville and other desirable locations like the Gulch, Twelve South, Music Row, and Hillsboro Village to name a few. ★House Rules★ During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. Other Things to Note: ★Security Camera Disclaimer★ For your safety and the security of our properties, most of our rentals have a ring doorbell camera or an external camera located on the exterior of the home. It's perfectly located ten minutes from Downtown, but steps away from a coffee house/brewery and some of my favorite vintage shopping. Plus, it includes parking which is huge in Nashville. And the bottle of wine to welcome us was very much appreciated. However, there were some major cleanliness issues, particularly in the bathrooms. The toilet bowls had not been cleaned in apparently a while. There were rings around the second floor tub from lack of cleaning. And the main bathroom tiled shower on the top floor had definite mold issues and pink scum in the floor/corner. I felt like I needed shower shoes to use it. I wish I could provide the pictures I took. When we communicated our disappointment to the property manager, they were very responsive and even offered to arrange an extra cleaning.
