    This townhome is a part of a large new development in the Buena Vista/North Nashville area. We LOVE this area! (We live just a few blocks away)



    We definitely suggest ride-sharing services if going out for drinks (Uber/Lyft) since we are so close to the lower broadway area, also if you bring your vehicle and have a DD you are only a short drive from most of Nashville`s most popular attractions, so driving is a breeze!

Highly recommend for large groups, families, bachelor/bachelorette groups, and students

The property was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. My group of 7 rented the property for a bachelor party weekend. Everyone had their own bed and personal space. The host provided, coffee pods, towels, hand and body soaps (excellent touch), laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and glasses/plates. The property is brightly lit, very clean, and modern. The beds are comfortable and so is the linen. The garage can fit two cars including a small pickup, however, there is plenty of parking on the street. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Very close to downtown ~10 minutes. Felt like a resort after moving in. The alarm on the first floor lets you know when the garage door or front door is open. Second-floor patio doors allow for an open-air experience. The bathrooms are spacious, very clean, and modern, with perfect water temperature and pressure. I will def. recommend it to all my friends and would rebook when revisiting Nashville.

What a GREAT space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this excellent townhome in Nashville! We were there for a week, and it was so easy to get everywhere because of the convenient location! There was room to sleep many comfortably, even though there were only three of us on this trip. The property was clean, and looked exactly as pictured when we arrived. We had such a great time using the living space on the second floor, and did some fun cooking in the kitchen throughout the week. Coffee was in the space, with plenty of K cups for all as we worked on our project. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

Awesome place to stay in Nashville!

Pictures are very accurate, it is a 3 floor townhome and very good located in Nashville. Communication with homeowner was great and easy. The place was very clean. Every room has its own bathroom which is convenient. I would recommend this place for big families or group of friends.
