Beautiful 4 -bedroom home only 6-10 minutes from downtown depending on traffic. Quick Uber/Lyft ride into town. Can see the Nashville skyline from the driveway. Guest loves staying here. Comfortable beds. Enough room for the entire family and perfect for small gatherings.
Conveniently located 5 miles from the heart of downtown. Calming view of the Nashville Skyline at night from the driveway. 3 bedrooms and bonus room with living room suite. 2 1/2 bath with full bath in Master w/ Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. You have the entire house to yourself.

Spacious 3-4bedroom home with bonus room used for extra sleeping space. There is a full kitchen, 1 king size bed in master bedroom, 1 full size bed in bedroom, and a full bed in bedroom 3, and king size bed plus couch in bonus room. 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs.

Perfect stay!

This was the absolute perfect location for my friends and I to celebrate a 34th birthday! Close to stores, food and freeways. We had no issues with the house, area or traffic. It seemed like we were only a blink away from Broadway but in reality it was about 10 minutes at most. We loved every second of this trip and would absolutely rent this house again! Spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard while we were at the house and it was very peaceful. Neighbors were awesome as well and had no issues with our noise level at night when we got home from the bars :)

There were not enough seating options for a home that sleeps 10. Single couch and 2 uncomfortable stools in living room, 4 old kitchen chairs that we put couch cushions on to be able to sit comfortably. House was clean, manager was very responsive. Did not feel safe to walk in the neighborhood for exercise.

Nashville Wedding

Nice place but lacks comfortable seating for a four bedroom home. Neighbor let the dog out after midnight each night and forgot about it.. left it barking and crying loudly for over 30 minutes.. woke up thinking a dog was hit on the street. It happens I guess and this owner cannot control. There was some remnants from the previous occupants and if I am paying $125 for a cleaning fee, it should have been more throughly cleaned. Also the second large bedroom had a funky odor. All in all was a good stay, Ubering was easy into town. Nothing in the immediate in the area for dining.

BYO Plates and Spoons!

This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath property. It is listed as 3 bath, but the third bath is a half bath, not a shower/tub bath. This place is lovely....very clean, nicely appointed. The living room only has a couch for seating, and two bar chairs with a small cocktail table. There is, no comfy recliner or loveseat, so if you have a group, bring extra chairs (although the dining room has four chairs there...) We enjoyed the electric fireplace, but couldn't find a remote to turn it off when we left. The plug in the second bathtub was missing, and for a property that can accommodate 8, there were only three dinner plates in the kitchen. (There were other small appetizer and salad size plates...enough and more). We also had to buy extra spoons at a thrift store, as there were only a few on the property. This is a fine, cute place to rent in Nashville. We enjoyed the BBQ down the road. There is a nice workspace upstairs, in the first bedroom. But this house is better for a party group than for a work group. Thanks to the property owner, LaTamara. Despite a few moments for "adjustment" this place was great!
