Enjoy the views from the expansive private rooftop. The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with a cozy fireplace. STR Permit #2022072625 There is a two car garage and driveway with free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home consists of the two car garage and two king Bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath. The second level boasts an open floor plan living area, dining room, kitchen and third bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. There is a half bath off the main living areas. The primary bedroom suite with king bed is located on the third level with the bonus room and the rooftop terrace! there is a second half bath located on this level. The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with a cozy fireplace. There are sleeper sofas in the living area and bonus room for additional guests. Our team is available by text throughout your stay. Guests have access to the entire house, private rooftop, and attached two car garage. This home is in a central location in the city. Short walk to many eateries and attractions. The host was very accommodating by letting us enter a few hours early with a very short notice. We loved the patio upstairs with great seating and a view! It was the perfect house for a weekend getaway to Nashville with friends. We loved the rooftop deck too, perfect morning coffee spot and after hours drinks. The property manager was great too!
