  • My gorgeous house with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Nashville! But the best part - Only mins to downtown! Only about an $6 Uber or Lyft ride to the entertainment district or a 30 minute great history and architectural walk when the weather is good!

    Has 4 King Master Retreats with wet-bars, mini fridge, dining and sitting areas and 42" Flat Screen TV's. Each bedroom has its own bath!! The 4th Suite bedroom on the 3rd floor has King bed, walk-in shower, and roof top terrace!

    2 covered porches and also a roof top terrace with a great view of the downtown skyline especially at night!!

    To get downtown, you have many choices:
    Take a 25 minute walk (My favorite! Along the way browse Farmers Market, then checkout Bicentennial park, then take the capital steps up to the State capital building(check out the view!), then on to War Memorial Plaza and your downtown! Just a short walk down Church St to the entertainment district, and you have to walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River just for the view of Nashville!!
    - Take a $6 Lift or Uber ride (Second best choice!!)
    - Less than 2 mile drive ( but parking will cost you..especially on the busy weekends!)

A fantastic place to stay for our group of 6 adults. Great communications as soon as I booked the property, including recommendations for local places to eat and drink. The property was spotless on arrival and we really appreciated the small touches such as filtered water in the fridge and cold soft drink. Every room is spacious and most have in room sink and fridge, allowing a lot of privacy. Rick was a great host, prompt with messages and great communications prior to arrival and during our stay. Would highly recommend.

This was the perfect property for our group of 8. Everyone had an awesome room and we were so close to downtown it made the perfect launch point for all of our adventures. We loved the porches too! Rick was exceptional with communication and we didn’t lack a thing. This is a very special home and we loved it!

The house was very clean. Great for 4 couples. King beds and bathrooms for each couple. The common area was very nice. Quiet area and very comfortable. We used uber for all traveling. I would definitely recommend it for your stay in Nashville.

Perfect location!

3 couples stayed here and you couldn’t ask for a better place! It was very comfortable and everyone had their own privacy. We walked downtown and also explored the park/Farmers Market. I think we all agree that we would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfect for field trip!

Wonderful stay

Great Place for a Group of Couples

This place was perfect for four couples to enjoy Nashville for the weekend! We loved hanging out on the porches and every room was comfortable. We walked to the grocery store and one restaurant, otherwise it was easy to Uber around town.

Great house for our cousin group of seven

The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything to make our stay memorable. The king bed bedrooms are individual retreats. I contacted the owner with a question and got an immediate response. I highly recommend this great location house
