*Brand New Construction - Townhome* The Wells is located 4 miles from the Broadway strip and 2 miles from 12 Avenue South making this property`s location convenient for the Nashville experience.

-The property is located less than 4 miles from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 7 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
- The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do not provide pantry items or coffee.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes two free parking spaces.

- Pets are permitted. A pet fee of $30 per pet will be requested for stays including said pet.
- 2 Pets max, or 50 lbs limit, No pets on the furniture, Pets to be crated if left unattended at property, Please clean up after your pets mess and dispose in the dumpster on site.
- Pets not reported to owner are not permitted and guest will be asked to leave property without refund.

Guests will have full Access to the entire townhome. 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with queen size pull out sofa. Parking is available on site. A keyless door entry code will be provided to you 2 days prior to arrival.

Berry Hill is a city within a city. Surrounded on all sides by Metro Nashville, Berry Hill is a quiet 2 square miles filled with restaurants and over 40 recording studios. Many of the recording studios have fantastic murals. It`s worth a walk around the block!

Great little place to stay

Nashville is our hometown and we were there to visit family.This was a great location for what we wanted to do. We don’t do the downtown touristy stuff, but if that’s your thing, it’s an easy Uber to Broadway from this place. We’d easily choose to stay here again.

We only stayed one night, however the area is walkable, great restaurants, easy walk to GEODIS Park and the hosts were easy to talk with. Highly recommend this place!
