ONE MILE TO BROADWAY! Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo in an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville's best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and the Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience. The Space: \- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). \- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. \- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, sugar and creamer for your use. \- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. \- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage. \- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place. Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2023 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Shawdare K. 21 Aug 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Quick Nashing Started rocky with A/C in unit not working first night …however sent a message and property manager replied promptly and came to unit within an hour and has us in a new unit - of which kudos to the housekeeper who was quickly turning over the new unit so we could move our stuff over - did kinda delay our evening but the property manager stayed in contact and was like I will send money refund and get dinner while u wait - so service and the people still get all the stars because could have went so much worse - - thank you again ! ##### Shawdare K. To be honest, it is noticeable but it didn't bother me much. If I have one complaint it was that the water pressure isn't great when taking a shower, but it still gets the job done. Also, the sleeper sofa bed isn't very comfortable, but luckily I wasn't the one sleeping on it. Lol. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Bob W. Not too far from Broadway but not too close. Off the beating path and very quiet, except for train (but just white noise). Building was clean, condo was well stocked. In walking distance to different neighborhoods (Capitol, Germantown, Broadway). Area was away from the tourists. ##### Laura F. No problems with our rental. Good location and easy access to places around downtown. Only thing we didn’t get when we arrived was the parking pass.
