This stunning waterfront development overlooks Old Hickory Lake and Turtle Bay Marina and is just 15 mins from the airport.

Enjoy an evening beer or glass of wine on the rooftop soaking in the sunset over the water and then head into downtown Nashville and be on Broadway in under 30 mins in an Uber!

These homes together offer 8 bedrooms & 6 bathroom, featuring not only spacious rooftops with bar areas, but multiple balconies and a covered front porch to take in the outdoors.

Each home offers a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and bar top seating for 8 that flows openly into the living room where a flat screen Smart TV is there for your entertainment.
One garage has been converted into a stunning games room with activities such as ping pong, darts & ringtoss to enjoy your time with friends. We`ve conveniently added a fridge in the games room to keep your drinks in too!

A short 1 minute walk will have you sitting at the Marina Bar & Restaurant enjoying a wonderful ‘lake life’ setting in one of Nashville’s waterfront favorite hang outs. Live music is performed on most days and the atmosphere is truly Nashville. Boat rentals and other waterfront activities are available at the Marina.

Other amenities such as Grocery stores and multiple golf courses are located just minutes away including 2 public championship quality courses located at The Hermitage.

There is a moderately sized 2 car garage that will accommodate 2 smaller vehicles (not large trucks) and beyond that, public parking will need to be found along adjacent streets and could involve a short walk.

Please note these homes are in a row of townhomes and have three units in between them.
