After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes, and more. During registration, you’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).

The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:

The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

My family enjoyed our stay here. My group ranged in age from 9 up to 80 years old. The space is large and well appointed. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe (even over New Years) and was close to many nearby Nashville attractions.

We rented two town homes next to each other. The location is about a 10 minute car ride to downtown. The description is accurate as to everything about the town homes. Overall we had a great time and would recommend the place.
