There are 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower with a tub. The space sleeps 4 comfortably however can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils as well as a Keurig to give you a jump start before exploring the city. Free WiFi, cable, as well as on-site laundry and an ice machine are on premises. Outside the apartment, McMillin offers a smoke-free courtyard with a small fountain and shared porch seating. Loading and unloading of vehicles is permitted in front of McMillin Court with convenient parking adjacent to the property for each unit and there is additional parking across the street. The Neighborhood The Midtown area is known for its restaurants & nightlife. Here you'll find places like Tavern, Losers, Winners, Kung Fu Saloon, The Patterson House, Clyde's, Hattie B's Hot Chicken, Broadway Brewhouse, and the list goes on! The biggest problem you will have is deciding where to go first. You'll then of course only be one mile from downtown Broadway which has all of the live music & honky tonks your heart desires. Nearby find TriStar Medical, Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park/Parthenon, West End restaurants and midtown & demonbreun hill bar scene, Belle Meade Plantation, Marathon Village/Antique Archaeology, The Gulch, Downtown YMCA, historical Ryman, Lower Broadway Jack's Bar-B-Que, Honky Tonks, Printer's Alley and much more (Just a 5 minute Lyft ride away). Getting Around ON FOOT Jack Cawthon's Bar-B-Que is next door, Burger King, Subway, and Walgreens. The Midtown hot spots & Broadway will both be about a mile walk away. RIDESHARE There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. TAXIS See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. MTA BUSES The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! When we walked in, it smelt like smoke but I think it was from people smoking downstairs. The owner was very responsive to that problem and kept checking in. It is very dark and in my opinion needs much more light. 2 lightbulbs were out in the kitchen so we took a bulb from a lamp in an unused bedroom to bring more light to the kitchen. We then brought the other lamp into the family room to give us enough light. Somewhere I read that it was within walking distance to Honky Tonk row and that is not true unless you want to spend 45 minutes walking. Overall we had a great stay and loved Nashville. The BBQ place next door is soooooo good. Eat there!! You can walk to downtown but I suggest you take Charlotte Avenue. It’s a good walk. Just take the Uber or Lyft. 😉 Honestly felt safe because you have to have a code to get into the gate. The condo really did look like the pics and bed and pillows were comfy! ##### Angie J.
