Modest and simple units only 1 mile or less from some of the best of Music City's gems. • 1 mile from downtown Broadway • 1 mile from the Gulch • 1/2 mile from the Midtown • Free Parking (1 car with overflow parking available) • Free WiFi/Cable • Well-Equipped kitchen • Washer & Dryer on-site & free • Step's away from Jack's BBQ (YUM) • Check in at 4 pm // Check out at 10 am The Space Each apartment of McMillin Court is 500 Sq feet with two small bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower with a tub. The space sleeps 4 comfortably however can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils as well as a Keurig to give you a jump start before exploring the city. Free WiFi, cable, as well as on-site laundry and an ice machine are on premises. Outside the apartment, McMillin offers a smoke-free courtyard with a small fountain and shared porch seating. Loading and unloading of vehicles is permitted in front of McMillin Court with convenient parking adjacent to the property for each unit and there is additional parking across the street. The Neighborhood The Midtown area is known for its restaurants & nightlife. The biggest problem you will have is deciding where to go first. You'll then of course only be one mile from downtown Broadway which has all of the live music & honky tonks your heart desires. Nearby find TriStar Medical, Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park/Parthenon, West End restaurants and midtown & demonbreun hill bar scene, Belle Meade Plantation, Marathon Village/Antique Archaeology, The Gulch, Downtown YMCA, historical Ryman, Lower Broadway Jack's Bar-B-Que, Honky Tonks, Printer's Alley and much more (Just a 5 minute Lyft ride away). Getting Around ON FOOT Jack Cawthon's Bar-B-Que is next door, Burger King, Subway, and Walgreens. The Midtown hot spots & Broadway will both be about a mile walk away. RIDESHARE There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. TAXIS See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs. MTA BUSES The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. NASHVILLE B-CYCLE Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! That should of never happened. The unit we stayed in must not be rented very often, the shower head was covered in mold as well as the coffee maker (where the water goes) the air inside the unit seamed "musty". The grout in the bathroom floor was brown which should of been white - compare it to the grout on the bathroom walls which is white. The shower faucet was very difficult to turn- accident waiting to happen. Our family members unit that rented right beside was much cleaner and fresher in appearance. The air conditioner unit is extremely loud, when you are watching TV you can't hear it, we tried turning the volume up but it would not go up any further. The TV color kept going bright to dim. Now we came back home sick hopefully not from inhaling mold for 3 night 4 days :( The unit has the capability of being a nice unit it just needs lots of TLC and NEW beds.
