Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience. \- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). \- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. \- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, sugar and creamer for your use. \- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. \- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage. \- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place. \*\*\* Early Check in is not able to be guaranteed. It was easy to find, convenient on-site parking, and within walking distance of most of our plans. The building had an elevator that needed a code which made us feel safe. We found it to be extremely clean as well. Kitchen had everything we needed to make some quick meals. Host provided lots of information that made the process quick & easy. I will add that the check-out/clean up instructions could be more concise and clear. There were 3 different locations for that information (message from host, flyer on kitchen counter, and message on front door) and each one had something on there that wasn't everywhere else, which wasn't a big deal but could make a step easily missed. ##### Tristyn R.
