Hosts were outstanding! Very responsive. Unit was VERY nice…had a living room vibe. Unit was walking distance from broadway, which was a huge plus! We will definitely stay again!
Cool unit to stay in. Easy to walk around to restaurants museums and broadway. A little close to the train and construction but it was not a problem

Perfect Perfect Perfect!
We stayed in the 12/30 over New Years weekend! This building is perfectly located walking distance to downtown broadway. The unit was clean, decorated with new amenities. The bedding was comfortable and clean. We will be back in the very near future! This was the second time we have stayed in this building and we are very satisfied. We also utilized the gym which had the perfect workout equipment and was also very clean and quiet.

From them moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision to stay here. From the security measures to make sure no one not staying at the property could get in, to the cleanliness upon entering our room, to the amenities themselves. Everything was amazing!! I find myself to be a "clean" fanatic and I couldn't find a single thing in the entire room we reserved that I felt needed to be cleaned better.
The only thing that was bothersome to some degree was the train and we were forwarned by previous reviews. I guess we just didn't realize how often and how LOUD the train would actually be.
All in all, fantastic place to stay and close to all the action as well :)
Facility is modern and relatively new. The LATCH app for facility access was really slick.

Enjoyed the location in terms of walkability and also the building security, cleanliness, pool and amenities. The trains really didn't bother us at night as no windows were open but I guess it was a bit loud at the pool. The construction/digging was a bit annoying in the mornings as we would have liked to enjoy coffee on the deck. I'd definitely stay here again.
Very nice place, no issues or complaints. The train noise that others mentioned added to the vibe and ambiance of the location which actually helped with my sleep. Walking distance to all of the action (1/2 - 1 mile). There's a homeless shelter down the road but had no issues or concerns.

Loved the 12/30 Lounge!
I was looking for a place close to the Third Man Records place, because my husband was going to be photographing a show there. I didn't love the neighborhood when I was researching, but it was so close and looked so nice, I went ahead and booked it. And we LOVED it! So cute, and we felt safe. With the underground, gated garages, and the electronic locks everywhere (which were also very convenient), we felt secure. The condo itself, was adorable and decorated so nicely. Perfect size for us, and loved the IMMENSE balcony where we could watch the train go by or watch the Nashville Party Tractor dump out its drunks around the corner, LOL. It was a fun time!
The condo was amazing and we absolutely loved it. There is a train, or several trains that move through at night. They weren't too bad, but could be problematic for a light sleeper.

Absolutely Amazing
Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived in the parking garage. Lots of security to make sure only tenants are on the property. As soon as we walked through our units door, we knew we had made the right choice. My wife, who is a clean fanatic, couldn't even find anything to nit-pick at. Close to all the fun stuff, but far enough away so there aren't crowds.
Only downfall, which we were fully warned about, was the train. I don't think we anticipated just how loud and frequent the train actually was going to be so take that into consideration.
All in all, highly recommend!!
