Third time here, so we know it is a good place to stay. Convenient and clean. Rooms aren’t huge but comfortable enough. Breakfast buffet is good and there’s plenty of dining options close by . Also nice to look around old Narita if you get the opportunity.

A wonderful first and last stop on our way in and out of Japan. The free shuttle service to the airport was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast was amazing and worth the add-on price. The temple and gardens are gorgeous and worth a visit, as was the cute little street with shops and restaurants on our way home.

I was leaving Japan from Narita early the next morning, so I moved to this hotel to be close to the airport. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and accomodating, the room and bed were comfortable. There was a restaurant, Stella, inside the hotel and I had a quick and light dinner and drinks there. Dinner and drinks were good. I loved that they had a table of amenities in the hotel lobby. So you don't have to ask at the front desk. I stayed there because they offered a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was actually a large bus.
