Although the room was quite small, it was very clean and well-maintained. The toiletries provided were of high quality and felt great to use. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even though we had some language barriers, they went out of their way to assist us and used translation apps to communicate clearly. We also booked an in-room massage through the front desk — the masseur was an older gentleman with very strong hands, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. It was also reasonably priced at just 1,000 yen per 10 minutes. Breakfast was simple but tasty and convenient, perfect for travelers heading out early. The location is excellent — just steps from the train station exit, which made getting around super easy. The only downside was a slight smell of smoke in the hallway, likely from some guests smoking in their rooms.
