Furthermore, we tried to contact the hotel staff, who are NOT on the premises, but never received a response. The hostel is left unattended so if anything goes wrong there is no one to address it. The front door was left unlocked by most other guests, so the sense this is not a secure and safe place. Also, the posting says there is housekeeping, but we received no service during the 5 nights we spent there. One of the two mllaundry machines are not working, and we had to buy our own detergent even tho this was supposed to be provided. As for cleanliness, our room's drawers and closets were very dirty, with lost of dust and what appeared to be nice feces.
