Room is simple with matress, small ground table, A/C. Not much soundproof. No elevator & need to use stiff stairs. Host seems living in 1st floor. Use key to open/close room. "The property seems to be recently updated, it is modern, and clean. The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. Also the road to access the property is quite narrow...

Top Nara Prefecture Hotel Reviews

Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto

10/10 Excellent

"Loved the location of being nearer the old side of Kyoto. Spacious lobby was lovely along with rooftop bar. Balance between sympathetic design and modern luxury. Breakfast was excellent and very varied to others we had in Japan. Room was good and a generous size. Ground floor didn’t have much light but that was okay as we were out all day. Only negatives, only one chair in room and not many places to be comfy and relax. No bath. Laundrette was not nearly big enough, turned out to be very stressful waiting for dryers. Would return if visiting Kyoto again though!"

Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower

10/10 Excellent

"cafe was very nice with the outdoor view and fresh air. we used cafe twice in our one night stay and it was great. delicious club sandwiches , cake coffee and tea and soft drink and beer . The lounge area for evening drinks and snacks was really beautiful and peaceful watching the gorgeous city lights. staff so helpful , smiley and all waved us goodbye. so sweet of them."

karaksa hotel grande Shin-Osaka Tower

10/10 Excellent

"This is probably the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. The hotel was beautifully maintained, had high end amenities, and the room was very spacious for being a Japanese hotel. The bed and room was so comfortable. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient to stay and get around during the vacation. We will absolutely stay here again."

APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower

10/10 Excellent

"It’s a good hotel, what you can expect from an APA, BUT, beware with the luggage storage service, we almost lost our train after being almost one hour waiting for our luggage to be returned. The line is mixed for both pick up and storage, SO it gets overloaded very fast."
