The hotel is just about 5 min walk from Kintetsu Nara station. It's close to the local markets yet it's located in a very nice and quite spot. My husband and I stayed there for one night while we travelled to Nara. The hotel itself was spectacular! All the staffs were super polite and helpful. They even gave us snacks for the deer when we went out to walk around the city.
