The major "must-see" cites are within walking distance (Nara Park and Todaiji-temple). The staff was super friendly and accommodating. As of Nov. 2016 they have been open for 1 month - rooms are super clean and the share space isn't a great way to meet travelers. If you have 1-2 possibly 3 people I would stay but bed space is limited. That being said the beds are very comfortable. I really appreciated the manager’s help. Breakfast is excellent. Price incredible value for money.
