Check in was smooth as staff speak English. Room is spacious however it looks a little old. The bed was hard (as compared to western hotels) and it seems consistent with Japanese hotels however it was too hard for me to sleep well. Breakfast was prefect with both western and japanese selections, in fact it tastes better than 5-star international hotels in my view.
