### Umberto's Nest at Toledo

The property is located on the fourth floor with lift of a building typical of the Spanish quarters. In a perfect position, practically adjacent to via Toledo and S. Brigida, a 5-minute walk from piazza del plebiscito and from the embarkations for the islands. The subway stop at 100mt.  
The house is a small nest, just renovated, equipped with all comforts such as wifi and equipped kitchen.  
An ideal accommodation for those who want to fully experience all the nuances of the city, without sacrificing comfort.   
 December 24 and 31: check-ins will be available until 6 p.m. . City Tax: € 5,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 14 nights
