Roof Top Respite

We enjoyed our stay at Solarium al Duomo. The property was very clean and the roof deck solarium was a great place to hang out and enjoy the sunshine. The room was modern and bathroom was fully updated. French doors and a juliette balcony were a plus! Read the fine print-you get your own room but the solarium is a shared space.

Great central place in Napoli - nice veranda access

The veranda was super with view of Vesuvius and Napoli. There is no cooking facilities just a small fridge and microwave. Relatively clean building but is in old part of Napoli so some smells getting to place. Neighbours renting adjacent rooms can be heard. It is just a bed and bathroom so pretty tight quarters. But for access to restaurants and groceries it is perfect. Very comfortable. The A/C did not seem to work that well. Was a bit hot at night. But for the price a good find. Would recommend.

Host amazing - but space very “bare bones”

Was not *super* clear upon booking that it was a shared space (we didn’t know until we showed up). The extra Pillows didnt have pillowcases and only a thin sheet. There were duvets but not covers in sight. The bathroom honestly smelt like sewer the entire time we were there. The rooftop was super cute but also no hand towels accessible for washing dishes.

Communication par mail intensive mais confuse et inefficace. Quand on prend le taxi à 23h, on ne connait toujours pas l'adresse exacte.Nous avons pu prendre contact avec la personne qui devait nous attendre et effectivement, il nous manquait l'essentiel. L'adresse complète..

Keine richtige Ferienwohnung!

1. Die geplante Check-In 15 Uhr war nicht mehr möglich (alle Agenten waren gebucht) 2. Deswegen müssten wir gegen 13 Uhr einchecken und das Mietwagen Vormittag abgeben statt Abend und dadurch einige Sightseeing verzichtet. 3. For the 4 Nächte haben wir der kleinste Zimmer bekommen (Nr. 1) obwohl die andere waren dort nur 2 Nächte. 4. Die Sanitäter Anlage (Waschbecken, Dusche, WC) war verstopft und nur nach 2 Nächte von der geplante 4 und mehr correspondence (emails + Anrufe) dürfen die zu Zimmer 3 wechseln. 5. Der nutzbar von der Terrasse ist nicht bequem/geeignet für 3 unterschiedliche Parteien. Kaum Platz in der kleine Kühlschrank, keine Handtuch oder Papiertücher. Keine Brotmesser. Nicht geeignet zum kochen. Der Kaffeemaschine war dreckig und in schlechter Zustand. Nur die Agenten Karin hat das beste versucht zu machen und zu helfen, leider nur unter ihre Möglichkeiten. Es war unsere zweite Reise nach Neapel (bestimmt nicht der letzte) Aber wir werden nie wieder etwas von „Wonderful Italy“ Agentur buchen! Und natürlich auch nicht weiter empfehlen! Danke Raz Frid

Hotelkamer i.p.v. appartement mrt dakterras

Bij aankomst bleek de locatie anders dan verwacht op basis van de foto’s. Het dakterras is een verblijf dat je deelt met de andere gasten. Gelet op de temperatuur tijdens ons verblijf, was het dakterras überhaupt niet te gebruiken. We verbleven dus in een prima hotelkamer mét airco. Locatie ligt zeer centraal, vlakbij openbaar vervoer en historisch centrum op de 5e verdieping van een pand dat wordt gerenoveerd (hier hebben we geen enkele hinder van ondervonden). Er is een 2 persoons lift aanwezig, ook handig voor de koffers. Intake verliep snel maar prima. Aandachtspunt is de onhandige verhoging naar de badkamer, dat heeft ons enkele blauwe plekken opgeleverd.

Very great loction & Modern room

Have stayed 7 days at this location & great place to be. Very clean, room refurbished 100 %. Only problem was getting answers from owners prior to departure as far as how to the onsite reception will proceed, who to contact upon arrival... This owner assumes that everybody is traveling with a mobile phone while having info through email, before departing, would be great. Also they interact with customers by phone and should provide communications with clients through emails also

zentrales hellhöriges Roof Top Apartment

Dieses Apartment fühlt sich an, wie ein Minihotel. Man teilt sich das Apartment mit 2 anderen Parteien, die jeweils ein Zimmer im Apartment besitzen. Innerhalb des Apartments gelangt man zur großen Dachterasse mit Weitblick auf Neapel und einem großen Relaxbereich mit Kaffeemaschine. Die Lage war für uns in Neapel top, das meiste fußläufig erreichbar (auch mal 25min bis Via Torledo, 15min Bahnhof Garibaldi) oder per Metro Haltestelle Duomo (nur 5min). Das Apartment ist für Neapel Verhältnisse sicherlich noch angenehm ruhig, weil nicht direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Einziges Manko, der Kopfkissen Überzug war leider dreckig (dicker schwarzer Fleck vom Vorgast) und die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, weshalb man die anderen Zimmernachbarn sicherlich besser kennenlernen konnte als gewünscht.
