Nestled in the heart of the elegant and safe Chiaia district, just steps from the picturesque seafront and Mergellina marina, Mediterraneo Loft (approx. 60 sqm) is a charming retreat located in a period building with an lift. It perfectly blends Mediterranean warmth with refined design, highlighted by unique details and Carrara marble floors.

While part of a larger property, the loft guarantees total independence, a private entrance, and complete autonomy throughout your stay. For your security, the external entrance is monitored by a duly signaled security camera facing exclusively towards the entrance door. Inside, you will find air conditioning, central heating, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a workspace with USB charging ports, a 50" 4K Smart TV, and a comfortable double bed with a memory foam mattress (160x190) and 100% Made in Italy linens.

Music takes centre stage here: you’ll have access to a professional DJ console with Technics SL1210 Mk2 turntables, a Pioneer mixer, and a curated vinyl collection dedicated to the authentic "Napoli Power" sound (from Pino Daniele to Nu Genea). For moments of relaxation, an elegant vintage wooden bar station is fully equipped for crafting signature cocktails with collectible glassware.

The practical kitchen features a large refrigerator, espresso pod machine, Moka pot, and mini-blender. The spacious bathroom offers a relaxing shower experience, white dressing gowns, and plush towels. To let you travel light, we provide a washing machine, iron, electronic safe, and a special Beach Relaxation Kit (cotton totes, a waterproof bag, and beach towels).
